Recovery Center<\/strong>, we recognize and protect the rights of patients, as ensuring these rights is the most reliable indicator of the quality and credibility of the medical and nursing services we provide.<\/p>\n<p>Human rights in healthcare, as defined by the Greek Parliament in <strong>Law No. 2071\/FEK 123\/1992, Article 47<\/strong>, combined with <strong>Law 3304\/2005<\/strong>, European law, and the World Health Organization (WHO) principles, are based on fundamental values, summarized as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Patient&#8217;s Rights<\/strong><\/p><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;bullets_dark&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Right to Life<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Every individual has the right to access healthcare that promotes and protects their life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Right to Physical and Mental Integrity and Safety\n<ul>\n<li>Patients are protected from any harm or mistreatment, ensuring holistic care for their health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Right to Privacy\n<ul>\n<li>Personal data of patients are kept confidential, and all interventions are performed with respect to their personal privacy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Right to Dignified Treatment\n<ul>\n<li>Healthcare services are provided in a way that promotes the dignity and respect of patients, without discrimination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Right to Information\n<ul>\n<li>Patients have the right to receive clear, accurate, and complete information regarding their diagnosis, treatment, risks, and available alternatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Right to Consent\n<ul>\n<li>No medical treatment is performed without the free, informed, and explicit consent of the patient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Right to File Complaints\n<ul>\n<li>Patients have the ability to submit complaints and will receive timely and fair handling of these.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Right to Equality and Equal Treatment\n<ul>\n<li>Healthcare services are provided without discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, age, disability, or sexual orientation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row responsive_css=&#8221;padding_top_medium:15px&#8221;
