Head of the Administrative and Patient Accounting Department
Roula Rachi is a graduate of the School of Financial Applications and Accounting at the University of Western Macedonia (ATEI). She has extensive experience in Healthcare Unit Management, particularly in the rehabilitation sector. Since 2008, she has worked as an executive in Administrative and Patient Accounting, with a key role in managing and handling administrative and accounting matters. Her long-term experience has enhanced her ability to coordinate, organize, and provide effective solutions within her role.
She has been working at Attica Rehabilitation & Recovery Center since its inception, with a focus on providing the best possible service to patients and their families, concentrating on managing issues related to financial transactions, insurance coverage, and administrative support, while ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
She aims for the continuous improvement of the quality of administrative services and the creation of a supportive environment for both patients and staff. She is interested in applying modern administrative practices and tools that enhance effectiveness and the experience of service users.
