08.11.2025 Symposium on Parkinson’s Disease – Diagnosis & Therapeutic Intervention
The scientific symposium focused on Parkinson’s Disease, which took place on Saturday, November 8th, at the Attica Rehabilitation & Recovery Center, was successfully concluded.
Distinguished neurologists, rehabilitation doctors, neurosurgeons, and an entire interdisciplinary team shared the latest approaches on topics such as:
- Early Diagnosis & Pharmacological Treatment
- Neurosurgical Interventions (Deep Brain Stimulation)
- Specialized Physiotherapy & Balance Exercises
- Management of Cognitive & Emotional Disorders
- Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy & Special Diet
- Supportive Technology & Tele-rehabilitation
The symposium was held in collaboration with the First Neurology Clinic of the University of Athens – Aiginition Hospital and was under the auspices of the Hellenic Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation & the Medical School of the University of Athens.
