Rehabilitation Goals

Closed Care

Goals

The goal of rehabilitation is to intervene and guide the recovery process, prevent or minimize complications, and facilitate the mechanisms of restoring or replacing disturbed functions towards cognitive and motor “maturity” and functionality.

Continuous research and findings regarding the recovery mechanisms activated after an injury to the human body make the intervention of Medical Rehabilitation necessary at all stages of care. This ensures the prevention of potential complications and guides the recovery process towards a satisfactory physical and functional outcome for the affected individual.

Rehabilitation applies to
all ages and is categorized into:

  • Adult Rehabilitation
  • Child and Adolescent Rehabilitation
  • Geriatric Rehabilitation

Patients

Rehabilitation is provided to patients with conditions affecting the nervous, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory, and integumentary systems, patients with oncological diseases, as well as rehabilitation for other specific conditions that result in mobility issues, cognitive problems, speech and communication difficulties, and functional disorders of body systems.
