The Psychological Support Department at Attica Rehabilitation Center consists of specialized and experienced psychologists, who provide support services on an individual or group basis, grounded in the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy, both in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings. Specifically, the Psychological Support Department at Attica Rehabilitation & Recovery Center offers specialized support and counseling aimed at contributing to the psychological recovery of patients, managing anxiety, depression, and other psychological disorders, as well as helping patients cope with difficult situations and life changes. The department also aims to assist individuals in gaining awareness of the challenges they face, regaining control of their lives, and, consequently, rediscovering themselves. Finally, patients are encouraged to participate in group activities to boost their self-confidence and engage in creative activities. The goal of the team at the Psychological Support Department of Attica Rehabilitation Center is to provide a safe and supportive environment where each patient can freely express themselves, process their emotions, and develop skills that will help them redefine their lives and strengthen their mental resilience.
