Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic Exercise is a fundamental component of a rehabilitation program, widely used to improve the physical health and functionality of the patient. Exercise programs are designed by specialized Trainers in collaboration with Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physicians and Physiotherapists. They are implemented during the early, intermediate, and final stages of recovery, depending on the pathology and clinical condition of the patient. Throughout the rehabilitation process, the exercise plan is continuously reassessed and adapted to maximize patient benefit.

The primary goals of Therapeutic Exercise include
